iHospitality invites you to discover Serenity University, a specially designed distance learning offer around our experience of ORACLE solutions.
How it works ?
These are workshops divided by skill group and limited to a maximum of 8 people; delivered via platforms Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
In remote, our certified Oracle experts offer a multitude of training courses on the Oracle Opera V5 PMS and all new Oracle Opera Cloud, Oracle Simphony POS, MyInventory as well as Materials Control.
From the remote handling tools and screen sharing you access a personalized workshop as well as a demonstration environment. To complete the training, you will validate your learning with a multiple choice assessment questionnaire. This questionnaire allows to know the points of improvement that can be worked on during a second individual session.
Once the session is over, you will find the online training as a “replay” available on your training space..
