Hilton Double Tree Nice

We’ve just completed a full deployment of Oracle’s Simphony Cloud solutions at the Double Tree Hilton Nice. 🌟


This comprehensive migration is a significant step in the hotel’s digital transformation journey. It brings:

✅ A fully cloud-based POS (Simphony Cloud)

✅ Simphony Cloud POS to streamline the restaurant and bar operations

✅ Real-time reporting and analytics to improve decision-making

Le Fouquet's Paris

Fouquet’s is a Parisian Brewery and restaurant built in 1899. Located at the corner of the Champs-Elysées and Avenue George

In March 2019, during a demonstration, the brewery was looted and set on fire. Closed for four months and as part of its reopening, the Barriére group entrusted iHospitality with the installation and deployment of Oracle’s Simphony POS throughout the establishment.

Deployment of the ORACLE SIMPHONY POS: The setting up of such a system takes place in several stages. The first is an audit of the existing, once completed comes the configuration of the solution, then comes the stage of customer training

The "Live" stage is crucial in the deployment of the new system. Takes place in one day and allows precise support of the teams in the field by our Oracle certified experts.

Oberoi Marrakech

The Oberoi hotel group was founded in 1934 in New Delhi. 86 years later, the group has more than thirty 5-star luxury hotels worldwide. Since December 2019, a new luxury oasis signed Oberoi was born in Marrakech.

Deployment of ORACLE OPERA PMS: in order to install the entire hotel management system within the establishment, the Oberoi Group called on the expertise and expertise of iHospitality.

In addition to managing the installation of the Oracle Simphony POS, in parallel, a team took care of the deployment of the Oracle Opera POS system.

Finally we accompany the team of the Oberoi Marrakech during a day in the "live" phase. A premium support service on two or three days "post-live" can also be considered. Our ORACLE experts stay with your team to answer any questions or to deepen some points about the system.
